By accessing or using Govula, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, Govula grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through Govula. We do not claim ownership of your compliance data, evidence, or reports.
Limitation of Liability
Govula provides compliance management tools but does not guarantee certification outcomes. Certification decisions remain with accredited certification bodies. Our platform assists with documentation and evidence management but is not a substitute for professional compliance advice.
