Enterprise Readiness

EXDL is the final executive checkpoint in the closed governance stack. It answers one question and only one: can we deploy safely right now?

Readiness states

  • READY — every upstream layer reports stable.
  • READY_WITH_CONDITIONS — deployable; at least one warning must be honoured.
  • DEGRADED_BUT_DEPLOYABLE — SSIAL MEDIUM and no blocker.
  • NOT_READY — at least one deterministic blocker is present.

Deployment gate

Blockers force NOT_READY: SSIAL_CRITICAL, PCSV_FAIL_UNSAFE, DIL_VIOLATION, ETRHL_COMPROMISED.

Warnings force READY_WITH_CONDITIONS: SSIAL_HIGH, PCSV_FAIL_SAFE, DIL_WARNING, FIL_CONFLICT, ETRHL_WATCH, GOC_DEGRADED.

Confidence

Categorical only — HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW. There is no numeric score, no hidden weighting, no AI judgement.

Release safety snapshot

The live snapshot is rendered as the EXDL panel on the Documentation Hub for authenticated administrators, and is also available as a read-only API at /api/v1/exdl/snapshot.
